Due to the current market conditions and fluctuation in costs, it is hard to safeguard the cost of materials required.  AMD Homes Ltd proposes working on a % basis of the overall cost of the project (nett) to complete works.

 

We can offer weekly/monthly costing overviews for your approval to ensure no budget overruns. Periodical payments can also be organised for each stage of the completion.

 

We also have a good rapport with local building authorities and can organise site inspections when required to ensure a smooth progression to completion.

 

Site inspections will be conducted daily to ensure works are completed to specification.

All trades supplied by AMD Homes Ltd are fully covered by AMD Homes Ltd insurance.

 

It is advisable for the client to organise self build insurance for the duration of the project.

We can contact local suppliers to obtain the best pricing for the materials required throughout the duration of your project.

 

We have a host of in-house trades available including

  • plasterers

  • plumbers

  • electricians

  • bricklayers

who are all fully certified and insured, with up-to-date CSR training for working on-site.
